Cape Town Images at Last

I know, its been a while, but I haven’t been playing for some time since our trip to Cape Town, It was a bit of a get away for my Wife Nina and I, and it was great to see the places I remember many years ago. the last time I had been there I was about 19 years old. SO it was a long time. It took a few days to unwind, but being by the sea again made me feel at home.

I have a few images following  showing the sights of Cape Town, I would love to spend more time to get some better landscape shots. but these will have to do for the mean time. hope you like them all.

Here are a few more images from our trip, we had great weather for four out of the five days, as you can see it started to look a bit overcast towards the last two days, the last day however was always going to be a shopping day, and it rained just to confirm we made the right decision.

I’m not too certain on the area, but it was around one of the secluded beaches in the Cape, I liked the reflections in the wet rocks in the light.

Fishing Boats in Kalk Bay ~ Cape Town 2008

Here is a photo from our last trip to Cape Town, the image is of a small fishing village called Kalk bay. the clouds where a little overcast, but made for a fantastic landscape. I have entered this into the company photo comp and received a weekly prize for this one. I will send another towards the end of the week. give myself a little competition…! ;o)
